Return & Refund Policy

At Vibe Pehno, we want you to love what you wear. Because our t-shirts are custom-printed just for you, we want to ensure your shopping experience is completely worry-free. If things don't go exactly as planned, here is how we can make it right.

1. Return Timeframe & Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Free from any stains, odors (like perfume or smoke), or pet hair.

  • In its original packaging with tags still attached (if applicable).

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong design/size by mistake, please contact us immediately at vibepehno@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damage or the incorrect item received.

We will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund for any defective or incorrect items at absolutely no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are printed-on-demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.

  • Final sale items or gift cards.

  • Custom designs created specifically at your request.

4. Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead? The quickest way to get it is to initiate a return for your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, reach out to us at vibepehno@gmail.com and we can help guide you through our exchange process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For damaged/defective items: Vibe Pehno will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or ship a replacement for free.

  • For change of mind or wrong size ordered: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Process & Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that it has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
