Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vibe Pehno! We are committed to delivering your custom t-shirts to you as quickly and safely as possible. Because each order is printed-on-demand just for you, our shipping process includes a brief production phase followed by transit.

Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders:

1. Order Processing Time

  • All of our items are custom-printed fresh upon order. Standard processing and production time takes 2–3 business days before shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation notification as soon as your order moves into the shipping phase.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. Our estimated delivery times (after production is complete) and costs are as follows:

Please note: Total time to receive your package = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, we will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number. You will be able to monitor your package's journey in real time.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India and do not offer international shipping.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occasionally happen due to weather conditions, peak festival seasons, or logistics disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these rare events.

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at vibepehno@gmail.com before your order ships out.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 14 so we can investigate and arrange a solution for you.
