1. Account Terms

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and restricting unauthorized access to your device.

2. Pricing and Payment

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

• We accept payments via major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, and authorized mobile wallets. We reserve the right to accept or refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) based on pin code serviceability.

3. Product Descriptions & Visuals

• We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products (including t-shirt mockups) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer/mobile screen’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

• Because our products are print-on-demand, minor variations in graphic placement and sizing may occur.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

• Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to inaccuracies in product pricing, stock limitations, or suspected fraudulent activity). If your order is canceled after your payment is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery timelines typically range between 5 to 7 BUSINESS DAYS depending on your location.

• While we endeavor to deliver items on time, delays caused by logistics partners, public holidays, or unforeseen force majeure events are beyond our control, and Vibe Pehno will not be liable for such delays.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts under Indian law.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other type of malicious code.

• To collect or track the personal information of other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vibe Pehno, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including lost profits or revenue—arising from your use of our services or any products procured through the platform.

9. Governing Law & Indian Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patran, Punjab, India.
